Refund Policy for Resume Writing & Complementary Job Support Services
IUATS is dedicated to providing exceptional resume writing and Complementary job support services to help individuals achieve their career goals. To ensure transparency and client satisfaction, the following refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable if the services provided by IUATS do not meet the agreed-upon scope or if errors were made on our end.
- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of payment and prior to receiving any resume writing or complementary job support services.
- No refund will be provided for incomplete processes initiated by the client, including failure to provide required information for resume creation or delays caused by the client.
2. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, clients must submit the official IUATS refund request form Which is available below in this Page.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 24 Hours.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days[Saturday & Sunday: Holiday]
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund:
- Services already rendered, including completed resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, or career counselling sessions.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes, such as successfully delivered Resume But After Some days asking refund without valid Reasons.
- Payments made for services that were willingly accepted and utilized by the client.
